JULY CHALLENGE: Mix & Match & White by DT Member Susan Lui

One thing I love about Graphic 45 papers is that you can mix and match across all the different collections and they all still look great together. In my 'Paris' layout, I've used 5 papers from three different collections: Fashionista's Vintage Cherries; Transatlantique's Paris Post, Globe Trotter & Around The Globe; and Botanicabella's Dragonfly Duet. I've also created the layout with a fair bit of 'white space', meaning I left a large portion of the background paper clean or uncovered. This helps to draw attention to the focal point of the layout, which is the photo.
So my challenge to you this month is: Create a layout using Graphic 45 papers from at least 3 collections. AND make sure the layout has white space.

All challenge entries must be uploaded to our NING site by 31 July (http://graphic45.ning.com). The winning entry wins a pack of Graphic 45 papers!

So get your creative juices flowing and get those entries in!

Thanks!
Susan Lui

Wow, what beautiful samples everyone is creating!!!

This was fun. I used papers from Baby to Bride, Botanicabella. Transatlantique, and Times Nouveau.

The binder ring, trim and buttons are from Creative Cafe, and the waxy flax is from Close To My Heart. The flowers were punched on one of my Fiskar's punches. I will usually punch a bunch of flowers and hearts from my scraps, and make these little layered flowers. I replaced my usual centers with the buttons. The rub on is from Jenni Bowlin, on some Red Kimono paper from Prism.

I love challenges, they help keep me creative, and I usually use up my scraps!
I love your layout. You have such an eye for putting things together, everything is so well balanced. Where do you find those adorable pins?
